1. Digital Products

Rug Studio BD sells digital products, including:

Because these products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally considered final.

2. No Refund After Access

Once any of the following has been provided, a refund will not be issued:

  • Course access has been activated.
  • PDF Book has been downloaded.
  • Rug Design files have been downloaded.
  • Any digital product has been accessed.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund or payment adjustment may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product.
  • Incorrect payment amount caused by a verified system or processing error.
  • Payment was successfully made, but access was not provided within a reasonable time after verification.
  • A technical issue on our website permanently prevents access to the purchased product, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

For manual payments (such as bKash Merchant, Nagad Merchant, or Bank Transfer), customers must provide accurate payment information, including the Transaction ID.

Access will be granted only after successful payment verification.
