Rug Studio BD may offer various payment methods to customers in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant payment guidelines. Available payment methods may include:

• bKash Merchant (when available)
• Nagad Merchant (when available)
• Bank Transfer (when available)
• Digital payments through Bangla QR

Where Bangla QR is available, customers may complete payments by scanning the QR Code using a compatible bank, mobile financial service, or other authorized digital payment application, subject to the applicable terms, conditions, transaction limits, and relevant guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and the respective payment service provider.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct payment amount and required payment details. Rug Studio BD is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, or errors caused by the customer’s bank, payment service provider, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For payment verification purposes, customers may be required to provide a valid Transaction ID, Reference Number, or other relevant payment information.

Course access, digital downloads, and other purchased products or services will only be activated or delivered after successful payment verification and order confirmation by Rug Studio BD.

Rug Studio BD does not request or collect customers’ passwords, PINs, OTPs, or other confidential security credentials for the purpose of processing payments.
